Simple Extras: We say yes to extra
tasks our clients request, such as simple computer set-ups
or putting easy-to-hang pictures on the wall (not flat screens
or works of art). *Service depends on
our assigned personnel's ability to perform the requested
task. We never attempt anything we don't know how to do.

Rearranging Furniture at Move-in:
We're happy to do it, and we never complain, even if we're
asked to do it several times. We want to be sure our customers
are satisfied with the location of each piece. |

Clean Uniforms: We enter your home
wearing clean uniform shirts with pressed khaki slacks or
shorts and non-marking shoes. |

Hand washing & Shrink-Wrapping: We wash our hands
in front of the customer before touching a mattress or light-colored
upholstered furniture. With clean hands, we shrink-wrap
the item before moving it. |

Pad-Wrapping: Pad-wrapping not only protects the
furniture, but protects your door jambs and walls from nicks
and scratches. |

Floor Protection: Mover's blankets protect high-traffic
and sensitive areas in your house from footprints. For even
more floor protection, clients can request non –slip plastic
runners for a nominal fee. |

Pad-Wrapping the Furniture: The photos
above show how we wrap each piece completely in padded blankets.
It's the only proven way to protect furniture during moving,
but we're the only moving company we know of that takes
the time. The blankets are secured, so they can't fall off.
They protect against dings and scratches, rainfall during
loading, and dust during storage. We don't remove them until
delivery at your home. |

Pampered Packing of Dishware, Etc:
We loosely shape large sheets of packing paper into soft,
puffy cylinders to line the bottom of each box. We alternate
layers of dishware or glasses with this padding, with a
final layer of padding on top. Each dish is also individually
wrapped in a sheet of packing paper (two sheets for more
fragile items). |

Special Packing for Tiny Items: Small,
easily-lost items, such as teapot lids, are wrapped in paper
like a package and marked with special tape, so they can't
be accidentally thrown out during unpacking. |
