These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Get Your Move On LLC Customer Communicationstext messaging program (the “Program”) offered by Get Your Move On LLC, doing business as Get Your Move On Moving & Storage (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

The Program provides customer-care messages related to your requests and services, including estimate requests, moving consultations, scheduling, confirmations, arrival updates, packing, storage, relocation coordination, and customer support. The Program does not send promotional or marketing messages. Customers opt in only by providing express consent — for example, by checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms.

Message Frequency and Cost

  • Message frequency varies according to your request and service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the Program. After you opt out, we will stop sending SMS messages to your number.
  • Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the messaging program.
